Google Maps - Bicycle Directions
Google Maps now support directions for Bicycles.
I think that this is a Really cool feature. I have been reading the press about this, and I am astonished with the number of people slamming Google, apparently a Beta Service is supposed to be perfect out of the gate...
Give me a break! I have been working with software long enough to know that it will take a long time to get it right, especially with something experience-related like this. What some riders think is heavy and dangerous traffic, others will like! So, I wonder, how will google have to weight their ratings/formulas.
I think It is a great thing, and I am glad google is providing it.
